YOUTH 360 PROGRAM (Ages 8–12)


Our Youth 360 Program introduces younger athletes to foundational movement skills, speed, agility, and strength. We build confidence, coordination, and overall athletic ability in a supportive, engaging environment.


360 RISING ATHLETES PROGRAM (Ages 13–16)


Specifically designed for teenage athletes, this structured program is focused on improving performance in their chosen sports.


Expert Coaching: Skilled coaches guide athletes weekly, ensuring proper form, safety, and consistent progress.


Comprehensive Development: Athletes gain strength, speed, agility, and overall athleticism, leading to significant improvement.

My teenage son has been working with Coach Jose over the past 3 months and not only have the results been tremendous, but the form which Coach Jose has each athlete do to make sure they don't get injured when lifting is something that not every trainer does. Coach is very meticulous with all his athletes when it comes to lifting (whether it be squats, dead lift, speed and agility work, etc.). You will always have the confidence when your teen athlete is lifting away from Coach Jose that they will have the correct form. From a results standpoint my son increased his vertical jump by 2 inches in just over a few months and there is still plenty of work to do. Coach is very professional and does an in depth analysis of what each athlete is trying to accomplish based on their respective sports. My comfort level with Coach Jose is very high with my son as I know he is going to not only push my son but also show the professionalism and energy to make each and every session challenging yet different.
